Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and country.
How long does delivery take?
Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and shipped. Delivery is faster within Portugal and nearby countries; destinations outside Europe may take a little longer. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
Are the pieces handmade?
Yes. Most of our decorative ceramics are handmade and hand-painted in Barcelos, Portugal, using traditional craftsmanship. Slight variations in shape, colour or texture between pieces of the same reference are normal and part of each item's unique character.
Can ceramic break during shipping?
We pack every piece carefully for transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within the timeframe stated on our Shipping and returns page, with photos of the product and packaging. We will review each case and find the best solution.
How can I track my order?
If you checked out as a guest, use Order tracking with your order reference and the email address used for the purchase. If you have a customer account, you can also view your order history after signing in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely. For more details, see Security and Payments.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Return and exchange conditions are explained on our Shipping and returns page. If in doubt, please contact us before sending anything back.
Do you offer wholesale or custom orders?
Yes. We work with resellers and special orders. Visit our Wholesale / B2B page or contact us directly for a quote.
Can I personalise a piece (e.g. a piggy bank)?
Some items can be personalised, such as piggy banks with a name. When available, this is indicated on the product page or can be mentioned in the order comments at checkout. For special requests, please contact us before ordering.
